R10000 delivery fee for ceiling fan

I wanted to order a ceiling fan online from the Zambezi branch to be delivered to Phalaborwa. Cost of the fan: R 2,699 Delivery fee: R10,000 Builders Warehouse cannot provide an explanation. Tried to justify it by saying that I did not order from the closest branch.

I did get a quote from your closest branch - still more than R3000. You cannot justify it. A courier will cost less than R200 where you charge R10000.
I will not buy from you and I will ensure that everyone I know about this.

Just bought the same fan from Lighting Warehouse - no delivery fee and cheaper than BW.
BW is trying to defend what is highway *******. I will never buy from them again.
