QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY, NOT SO QUICK TO GIVE IT BACK WHEN NO PRODUCT SUPP****

On the 7th November I paid for my order online via their websites eft facilities. The money has gone out of my account but Builders Glen Eagles say they did not receive it. After a few days and a lot of phone calls they traced my payment to another section / branch of Builders and said they would refund the money. 2 Weeks later, more phone calls and promises of escalation and I am still waiting for my money. Really disappointed in their lack of interest in helping and general inability to correct a simple problem
