Qualify for so called "Paying Holiday"

Received SMS from Builders. Great news! Please note that your Dec debit order on your Builders card has been de-activated, as you qualify for a Payment Holiday in Dec. Then to come January to tell me I did not qualify.

I called them they were very sorry about misundestanding. Going to adjust my debit order for end January. Just to find out that they just doubled up my debit order. It seems not to trust or believe what they communicate with you.
