****py Customer service from staff at Builder’s Midrand

Builder’s warehouse Midrand is the worst ever when it comes to customer service! I was returning goods that I had bought and found a lady by the name of Patience at the returns sections. She’s rude, insinuates and has no logic or common sense whatsoever and does not listen. She has no customer service at all definitely needs retraining, screams at customers! The female manager is the same and has no control over her staff, does not reprimand her staff when they scream at customers! Both needs retraining for Customer Service!! All I know is that I will never buy anything from Builders Midrand.
