Unfortunately there is no ZERO rating because that is what they deserve!!

I placed an online order for North FPF2 100 x Dust Masks (total price R590) on 25 February 2020 and immediately received order confirmation as well as delivery summary. The order was to be delivered on 16 March 2020. Lo and behold! They have now all of a sudden had a system error (although I was not informed of this from 25 February) and have run out of masks. So Builders -- thank you for probably giving my masks to one of your cronies. VERY BAD SERVICE indeed. Henceforth, I will conduct my regular business at Chamberlains. STILL WAITING FOR MY R590 REFUND. Will see how long that will take you since you have a system error nobody knows about!!!
