Putrid level of service from Builder warehouse management!

Disappointed with Builder’s Warehouse Management (Adam)

I expected better from a company like Builder’s Warehouse. After receiving damaged goods, I reached out for support - only to be met with poor service and lack of accountability. Instead of addressing the issue properly, the response from management was null and void.

As a paying customer, I believe in quality service and responsibility, and this experience has been nothing but frustrating.
