Purchased online but didn't receive my stuff - My advise is not to use builders online

I purchased a lawn mower combo online, the delivery date on my tracking page said 26 October, so I waited... It did not arrive. I contacted customer care and they were also no help because they struggle to get hold of the store... So I drove to the store on the 8th November to see why my order is taking so long... They struggled to give me an answer... Later they came back and said it might arrive on the 12th November, still nothing has come... No matter what I do and how many times I speak to Builders, noting happens. Have been trying for 3 weeks now, they are non/little responsive and it seems like I will never get the items paid for delivered. So I don't recommend online shopping with builders because they are *****ing money and wasting your time...
