Purchased face brick not delivered

On the 27/11/27 we purchased brick servilla lite, cement brick stock and MPA YD and they promised to deliver on the 1/12/2015. When I called them on 2/12/2015 they said they having a problem with the supplier, after that they didn't bother to communicate with us what's happening. On the 4/12/2015 my sister went to the warehouse and asked them to give us brick sevilla dark since sevilla light is scarce and they promised to deliver this morning (5/12/2015) between 07:00 & 08:00. They haven't delivered and they didn't even bother to call us and let us know what's happening. They don't even call us back to give us feedback. Customer service is very poor. I don't think we will ever do business with them ever again. We wont even recommend them to other people because they are so unprofessional in all levels.
