Purchase on line.
Why do you have to continually phone for a product that was bought on line and the supplier is unable to source the product (remove it from your website!). The product was bought almost a month ago but still no feed back or anything!

I just confirmed with Joshua at the BWH City store that we received the items today and that they are ready for collection.
