Providing clients with wrongful items

<p>South African, could you please ensure that when you buy items at BUILDER.....you make sure that you seriously check all the items you buy as they provide wrongful items knowingly well that they are doing so.</p> <p>The builders in question here is: COSMO City - Builders.</p> <p>Agent by the name Cynthia told me that the item I need was not available. She firstly told me that the other item is not in good state, yet she allowed it to be dispensed. Additional to that she told me that the items I bought were not available and guess what the store did....they provided me with item of bigger size then what I ordered. They thought I wouldn't have picked that up and unfortunately I picked it up after it was assembled in building and concrete was loaded on it.</p> <p>ALL I'M SAYING IS THAT SOUTH AFRICANS, BE WARNED OF THE ITEMS YOU BUY FROM BUILDERS WAREHOUSE as they may provide you with WRONGFUL ITEMS THAN THOSE YOU BOUGHT.</p>
