Promote products but have no stoc****
I am not a very happy client since your special started as seen on this link - https://www.builders.co.za/Garden-%26-Outdoor-Living/Garden/Garden-Power-Tools-%26-Accessories/Wolf-Petrol-Chainsaw---Red-Yellow-%2845cc%29/p/ ********** ********** 9666 - I went to numerous stores and every time I get told sorry we didn't get stock
I went all the way to Hillcrest store and Mbali called your warehouse while i was there and they told him there is 2 available - we then requested that they please get 1 for us URGENTLY and that is wen Mbali told them to sent it to Hillcrest for us to collect today (8 Dec 2017)
Now as I was on my way there (keep in mind it is not close to my home) I got a call from a female telling me they don't have it and there is no stock at warehouse!!!!!!
REALLY!!! This is not Acceptable and I want this chainsaw NOW! or at least a replacement chainsaw of the same size or bigger for the same cost before the 10 Dec 2017!!!!

I'm sorry that the chainsaw didn't arrive in store as expected.
I can understand your frustrations as you were only informed of this whilst travelling to the store to collect.
I've escalated this matter to the store branch manager so that this can be looked into.
As soon as feedback becomes available we'll then let you know.
