Promises not kept
I have been collecting items for my new bathroom. amongst these an ISCA set of taps. The plumber advised that no concealed mixer in pack but 2 swivel sink mixers. i have been to BW Meadowdale 3 (THREE) times. My ph no has been written in the book in the bathroom dept. Guaranteed Promises by various staff members to call me have never materialised... WHY MAKE PROMISES YOU HAVE NO INTENTION OF KEEPING!!!! Names I have spoken to Corbin, Simphiwe (who was very sympathetic but from different dept) and various others.<br> I want a concealed mixer for my shower..... I do not want broken promises...
