Product under warranty refusal to take back

Bought LED lights with a year warranty. 2 months later product doesn't work and they refuse to take it back or give me a refund or voucher when I returned 7 months later. So product is still under warranty. They say they will have to talk to the supplier first. I didn't buy it from the supplier I bought it from them. Very unhelpful and very unfriendly. They will never see me again. <br> They also said that if the product will be replaced I must drive very far to collect it again. <br> I've heard about their shocking after sale service. Now I've experienced it.
