Product of poor quality.

I bought 2 Royal batteries at builders warehouse Gezina, last year April. Both the batteries lasted for an hour for few months when i'am on load shedded and now they can't even last 5 munets when the electricity goes off.

I called BWH call center to report the problem i have with the batteries and I was advised to return them as they are still under the warranty for 12 months.

I returned the batteries to BWH Gezina last week Monday and I was called today to be advised that the batteries are dead and they were on a 3 months warranty ( which's not what I was told when I bought them last year ).

I'am not happy with the feedback received and not happy that I spend R6500.00 just for the batteries to last for 7 months. If I new that, they won't last for for a year, i was not gonna waste my money and buy them.

I always buy things at BWH as I believe the shop sell quality products, but that was not the case with the batteries i bought, as there's no value for money on the product.

Can someone assist in resolving this issue, as i'am not happy at all. I was trying to solve the load shedding problem, but i'am back to zero.
