Product not delivered

If there was 0 star, I’d rather this business 0 star. Ordered an inventer online on the 12th June to be delivered in Mpumalanga which their app accepts. I was also charged for that delivery but still to date no delivery has been made. I’ve made contact with the store but they aren’t getting back to me.
