Product doesn't even last warranty period!

Purchased 6 Lightworx backup bulbs in February and low and behold all the batteries are dead and didn't even reach the warranty expiry date.

We didn't use it much during loadshedding as it's to dim any way and hurts ones eyesight, so how in the world does it not last!

I expect a refund or replacement immediately
