Product before customer

Product before customer? I took a faulty compressor, after 1st use, back to the Strubensvalley branch and was told that, after being inspected by the supplier, I will get back either the unit repaired or a new unit. A repaired unit? - I bought a new unit and expect a new, working unit, not a repaired unit! This was an absolute insult after paying for a new, working unit. I have been a customer of this specific branch of Builders for a long time and was utterly disgusted (and disappointed) with this "new" viewpoint of "Product before customer"
