Problem with delivery charges

Builders Warehouse online web shop needs attention. After ordering a ceiling fan on line i noticed that the delivery charges were R11.000.00 rand. The fan cost R1.500.00. I was about to click the pay button when i notice that. Fortunately i spotted there overcharge and cancelled the order. there was a mix up with the adresses.
