Prices high in the sky?

A few days ago I cut \copied 2 keys for meat Builders Express (Bryanston). One cost R55.00 and the smaller one was R52.00. The one did not work, and I returned to fix it, also asking about the high cost. I was told this is the price. I asked for a refund (due to it not working), and made a copy on same day at Mica, for R22.50! How can Builders justify this more than double the difference? I will report on other price gaps in future, as I get receipts when purchasing them.
