PRESSURE PUMP WARRANTY IGNORED BY BUILDERS WAREHOUSE RUSTENBURG
I really need urgent help. I bought a pressure pump worth R3000 from builders warehouse Rustenburg in March 2024. In April the pressure pump stopped working. I then took it to Rustenburg builders next to waterfall mall. They took it for 3 weeks to their workshop Surprisingly, when they brought it back, I was told it's irreparable, and that's my fault it touched water. At that time I have a receipt that says the warranty covers it for a year. What I want to know is, is the pressure pump not supposed to touch the water?? How did I break because it was connected to a Jojo tank and working until it started making noise and stopped completely Please help me . I can't just loose my hard earned money just like that Gift Mogotsi ***
