Prejudice from ARROGANT store manager.

I am extremely appalled and disgruntled in the manner in which I was unjustly attended to by so called management of Builders Warehouse in Edenvale, a manager named Joseph who kept on raising his voice at me because I was not comprehending the challenge in refunding or exchanging a defective product, never have I experienced such prejudice at a store simply because I am female, I say this because he kept on saying "you will not understand" this referring to a plumbing product being returned.

Beyond the defective product, the demeanor and aggression in which I was addressed by store management of Builders Warehouse was unacceptable, I would understand if I were causing havoc in the store, but never once did I raise my voice instead it was the opposite from store management merely for repeatedly asking questions because I did not comprehend the reasoning for not exchanging or refunding the product.
