Poor Workmanship on Good product

Purchased 13 melamine boards 1 week ago, had to go back and forth everyday for the entire weekend because it was not cut correctly, and not all of the materials were supp****. I was told every time that it would be ready the next day, upon reaching there were new excuses. Then there was no material to finish my order, then when the do deliver it, they had to take it back because it was not done correctly. Phone call after phone call and I am still waiting for a solution, after spending R7000 this is unacceptable. I might as well went to Chamberlain and paid for the cutting but get a proper service and output, completely upset with the team and management. Wont ever do this again
