Poor servoce
I received the SMS below Order number a*** is ready for collection at Builders Express Willowbridge. The Builders Team. I go all the way to the store to get told my items I paid for is not there and they have absolute no idea who send me the sms????

The Builders Team, THIS IS THE SECOND MESSAGE AND 2ND TIME I, go to the store and there is STILL NOTHING at all there what is wrong with this company!!!! Another issue what the public need to be aware off is that very often the marked price on the shelving is much lower what they charge you at the till. BE VERY ALERT BETTER TO AVOID THIS STORE. Further issue is I purchase dry wall tracks 3m long 51mm wide nearly 2 weeks ago and there was only one left. THEY STILL HAVE NOT GPT NEW STPCL IN THE STORE A Cape Gate... Totally ***********
