Poor services at Builder Warehouse

I am dissapointed in the decline of services and decrease in inneficiecy at this store. (Builders Mokopane) The online system of buying is overall very poor . I was buying aroubd R2300 items online and my two creditcards and EFT payments said they had failed. When Ilooked at my bank statements I saw the EFT payment had gone through. i immediatly sent a email to the info email informing them of this. They rep**** they said they on it! I have not hears a word since. Purchase were on 17th June. So I went to the store and they created a virtual card where theu said the money will go into so I can use it again (convieniently only at Builders). More than a week still nothing! They also have a roblem of listing stuf online and then dont have stock. Surevice in store is vey poor and staff stand around chatting , Never see a sign of management overisite!
