Poor services

Worst service ever at Builders Warehouse Strubensvalley and not just yesterday 05/0/2022 every time we shop there. Staff standing around and discussion their long manicured nails (can’t even work the phone or teller with the long nails some of the staff have), staff standing in groups chatting, hands in pockets leaning against paint tins. Manager just as useless (Kenneth), staff member called him to the counter, noticed him standing nearby chatting to another staff member - very reluctant to make an effort to move and meet me at the counter. Doesn’t even know how many staff works in a certain department, I had to inform him. Called the call Centre twice yesterday to complain about the manager, staff in departments and tellers, promised I would be called back after 2 hours with feedback - still waiting. Let me tell you another thing let a African person walk into the department and the get assisted immediately, having a nice chat and so friendly, probably trying to arrange a date with the customer. You know what Builders Warehouse you have 4 competitors down the road from you with better prices and service, so take you stores and shove it. I will not purchases anything from you ever again - and I’m in the construction business. Looking at your ratings I hope you close your doors soon
