Poor service Strubensvalley Branch

After placing an online delivery for stepping stones from the strubensvalley branch I waited 4 days with no delivery or feedback. When I called to inquire I was told that they did not have stock of the items I had ordered and paid for. I was told that they would try get the stock from another branch. After another 2 days I was informed (after having to follow up myself again) that the delivery would take place the following day from the Rivonia branch. It’s now another 3 days later and still no delivery. This I believe is now tantamount to *****ing... I have paid for an item and delivery and have gotten nothing. On calling in again today I still do not have any assurances of when the delivery will occur. I would strongly advise against using the Strubensvalley Builders Warehouse store for online orders as this is how they treat their customers! I know I will not make this mistake again...
