Poor service (last straw...) - won't return again

Builders Warehouse does not care about service or their customers. As an example you need only look at the poor response from them on customer complaints (whether in-store or online). We have ourselves received poor service in-store once again: From having to search for someone to assist with cutting floor material to the required length, to not being able to obtain the required length (apparently the specific material could only be sold in certain lengths according to the system), to complaining at the department manager, to being ignored by the department manager (walking away). We normally go out of way to praise good service from staff to their managers, but when even the manager provides bad service it is a good indication that you rather need to shop elsewhere. After having supported Builders Warehouse over many years, the poor service has now finally driven us to not return again.
