Poor service from management and no communication for keeping products aside.

Can this item be delivered to me and I will send back the one we did take with the driver, seeing as the price is the same

Hi this is not that hard to resolve, give me the item that I was told was being kept aside for us and take back the one that we "had" to take.

The customer service was poor as we were told that all 5 items were kept aside for us, but upon getting to the store nobody at the bathroom department or anywhere else in the store kne2 about the items. Everything had to be found again and the only thing that could not be found and we were told was out of stock was the basin tap.

I fact the guy at the bathroom department ini8told us he had no more stock of the toilets either but after asking someone else in the store she came with us and found 2 tolits beneath a few others.

Please assist as we would really like to have the item that we were told was kept aside for us. The Liro Basin Mixer does not match with the Magra Diverter and we want the Magra set.

Also the Magra Basin mixer was on special from R1349 to R999, where the Liro is R999 at normal price.

I want a real decisive answer to this by the end of today, this is poor service as surely another could have easily been sourced from a different store accross South Africa or the supplier by now.

How long does it take to get an answer, you've been getting back to me (and never have yet with an answer) since the 11th already, surely your customer service cannot be this horrible. I'd believe this is something that can be sorted out and resolved with a few phone calls by your department in under 30 minutes.

What are the alternatives? Send me links to them. Otherwise can I be given the same discount given for the Magra one as store credit? So a R250 in credit

Unless you're going to give me whatever 2 items (diverter and tap) at no extra cost then I suggest rather giving the R250 (difference in the price) as credit

Both in Silver, can only find the black basin mixer online, they're the same price as the ones we baught so would be a straight swop. But if both cannot be provided then the R250 store credit.
