Poor service from cutting/dispatch

I purchased a storage cupboard on 12 July 2015, which included 3 extra shelves to put in the cupboard, however the 3 extra shelves were not cut to the same size as the other pieces of wood. I have paid R 375 for delivery thinking I would get the correct product and there would not be any issues, however when assembling the product it was not appropriate. I phoned the store on 27 July 2015 and they cannot come fetch the product and I have to bring it to the store, this is no problem on my part, poor service delivery on Builders Warehouse. It would cost me approximately R 300 again for fuel going to the store just to get it cut, which is not practical. This would be my last time that I would purchase any product from Builders Warehouse as the service delivery is poor. I would rather go to another store and pay more to get better service delivery from staff that would help me.
