Poor service from Bulders Warehouse Steven's Valley

I went to Bulders Warwhouse Strubens Valley to buy 4 bags cement and some building material.. The staff in your store was helpful. After I paid.. I went to the back to collect my building material.. Only 2 supervisors and no one to help me load the products.. I had to fetch and load all the materials my self.. Builders is quick to take my money.. but its quite pathetic service if I have to load my own stock.. I rather buy from your opposition than struggle like this again.. this was not the first time and builders don't give a damn to rectify or train their staff.. or have available staff to help.. Your supervisor just stood there and watch how I loaded all the stuff myself.. made me feel like an idiot.. thank you builders warehouse for your pathetic service.
