Poor service from Builders warehouse Polokwane branch order

I have made purchase on the 27th of MAY 2026 for 5 doors from the Thohoyandou branch and also from Polokwane Branch and also made a follow up call. Thohoyandou branch delivered on the second day out of 5 promise which is a wow service.

Polokwane branch promise to deliver on Saturday the 30th May 2026 and sending this message is not yet delivered.

Called the branch and I was told they won't even today cause their van is not functioning well. I asked them that why cause builders warehouse is not a ****a shop
