Poor service from Builders Warehouse Newmarket Alberton

Very disgusted at the attitude of the of the manager at builders warehouse Newmarket Alberton. After ordering and paying online i was on my way to collect my order but the status said "In Progress" - So what does that exactly mean??....Well apparently they do not have any stock but the website clearly indicated they had 3 in stock at the time of ordering the item at Builders Alberton, Very bad communication and very *********** staff and i'm still waiting for them to call me back as promised (Henry - Newmarket Alberton - Store Manager)
