Poor service from Builders Warehouse New Market

Pathetic service from the manager on the 07/10/2020 at 16:40. We waited for 50 min for somebody to assist us with a fluorescent tube, sku 299360. When we approached the manager all he said was that there is nothing that he can do as there only 1 person assisting in the lighting department.

I appreciate your response however I have been contacted by someone from the company. I have raised my concerns and trust that proper preventative measures will be put into place to avoid these type of situations from reoccurring.
