Poor service from builders warehouse in Somerset West

Tried to contact builders warehouse numerous times with no answer. After using the number on google, stating that it is the number for Builders in somerset west, I have reached their consumer line, in Johannesburg. I asked if I could be transferred, whereby they did, two times. During each effort of being transfered, there were no success. Consumer/ Helpline offered me a call back, but could not guarentess that it would be today, 16 October 2022.
