Poor service from Builders Warehouse

We bought a freezer on Monday at 12h00 at Builders Warehouse Rustenburg. I am really disappointed in the service provided. I have paid for the freezer to be delivered. They have promised me that the delivery will happen the same day. At 16:30 nothing happened and I called them ,they informed me that the delivery will only happen the next day. Tuesday at 17h00 I called them again and they told me the delivery will only happen on Wednesday. Wednesday still no delivery, still waiting. We already purchased our meat for the month, because we were promised the delivery will happen the same day. Because of this we suffered losses. This is unacceptable.
