Poor service from Builders warehouse

I bought a patio set on the 31 of October 2020 worth over R17K and when assembling it was faulty and I requested an exchange, Builders came to collect from the house, to my surprise they didn't bring another Patio set. After it was collected nobody contacted me till today when I ask about it, the Manager said he gonna refund me but I don't want a refund I have waited enough for the patio set besides if Builders warehouse refund me are they going to include interest since they kept my money for this long? The manager Mfundo didn't care about what I was saying his interest was on refunding my Patio set. Khethiwe the junior manager promised to get me the patio set, even today still waiting for the Patio set. Is this the kind of attitude Builders represent?
