Poor Service from Builders Norwood.

Poor service received from Mr. Thipe in Builders Warehouse, Norwood. Needed to get something for home quickly during this time and was dismissed by this gentleman. He did not provide me with a solution but rather, and very rudely and abruptly, said that he won't help me. I asked for a possible solution but it was met again with a very short and sharp 'No'. Due to this, it meant that all the other items I required were not bought, and therefore resulting in a loss of sale. When I said this to Mr. Thipe, his response was to walk away.
