Poor service from Builders Fourways

I purchased an item online on the 5th of November that was supposed to be delivered on the 20th from my nearest Builders branch being Fourways.

In the days leading up to the 20th I called numerous times to enquire whether my order will be delivered and spoke to many different people including the call center. My item was not delivered on the 20th and I was told the Manager of the Fourways branch would call me on Saturday the 21st but that never happened. I still haven't heard from the store, have no idea whether my item will be delivered and if so when?
