Poor service from Builders Express in Walmer

I have never experienced worse service delivery than from Builders Express in Walmer. I ordered a few items for my renovation online from 3 branches in PE (Builders Warehouse, Builders Express Walker Drive and Builders Express Walmer).

The delivery date for all 3 were set for 19 August 2019. Warehouse and Walker Drive reached out and advised they will be delayed due to them waiting for stock. This was acceptable as they told me before the time of the delay.

On 19 August though Wayne from Walmer phoned me to ask my address which is clearly visible on my order form (as confirmed with the other 2 branches who received the same order form and has since made the delivery). Nonetheless I gave my address twice and clear directions to my house since it became apparent they did not know how to use a GPS.

Wayne then confirmed my order will be delivered after 5pm Monday as I requested but it never came. When I phoned them yesterday (obviously upset because my delivery did not arrive so I had to pay my builders for a day of doing nothing but wait on my order from Walmer) Wayne told me to check my invoice as my address is not there. When I checked it (like the other 2 branches) my address was on the invoice.

Delivery was then supposed to happen yesterday and it still did not arrive. After calling the call centre yesterday and speaking to Dumisane, we were unable to reach Walmer on the phone. Dumisane then emailed the supervisor of the store and said he will follow up should the delivery not have been made as advised.

I tried phoning the number provided by Wayne from Walmer as *** but it is always engaged or not ringing or apparently does not exist according to the automated voice prompt.

Now I am stuck with my building project because of the incompetence of Builders Express in Walmer who are unable to deliver my order after I already paid my order with delivery fees.

What else can I do now but go to social media in the hopes of actually getting my order hopefully by today.
