Poor service from builders

Bought a fan at nandi drive got home and discovered the contents were repacked and the *****s was missing ...returned it and the store did not have a replacement and sent me to durban north branch to collect...when i got there they told me they have 4 at the back..the ladywent to get 1 and came back saying they do not have stock...i asked for a refund and they could not refund cos i did not have the credit card on me ...i had to go to pnpay next door and buy another fan for cash
