Poor service for online orders! DON'T ORDER ONLINE!

I placed an online order a week ago. I have only received 1 of 2 of the items that I paid for. I have been calling Builders Warehouse to get an update on my order. The landline rings and rings and if I'm lucky and someone answers my call, I get transferred to the online orders department where the phone rings and rings and rings and rings.... what does one have to do to get what they've paid for??!
