Poor Service - Faulty Trimtech Petrol Lawnmower

One of the worst customer service places one has come across. It has been a full two months and I still do not have my Lawnmower back nor a solution to my issue.

I bought Trimtech Lawnmower in October 2019. I returned it as it has been faulty from day one in terms of starting. I thought It should talk that long to start, until someone advised that It should start first time of pulling the lever. I took it back to builders for this problem in around 19 August 2020.They took it in and it came back to me 21 September 2020 with a new problem. It was now smoking. I took it back to them after delaying on the 15 December 2020 and I'm told it has oil inside places that it should not have. It needs a repair. They forgot that they are the ones who just fixed it now.

Builders wants to shift responsibility for a clearly faulty petrol Lawnmower. Blaming the Agent for the repair. FYI, I did not buy the Machine from the Agent no did I appoint Africa repairs for for my lawnmower service.

I am clearly guilty for switching on the Machine and try cutting the lawn with it.
