POOR SERVICE FAILURE TO DELIVER BUILDERS CLEARWATER

Bought Paving at Builders in Clearwater on the 28/03/2023 and assured that the delivery would take place the following day only to be called by a Driver telling me he is to deliver but the number of bricks is short and i flat our said NO my delivery must be complete. The following day calls multiple to their dispatch where i was assured the delivery was to take place on the 30/03/2023 after numerous calls its now 16:30pm and no delivery has been received. I have had contractors on site being paid and awaiting this load to complete work only for Builders to fail dismally. I seriously need to escalate this to Management which i am in the process of doing. My Order number *** Remains outstanding. As a customer i am not impressed ***
