Poor service
The service at builders cape Gate is very poor i was on the floor for 30 minutes no one help or asked if i need help

20 Oct 2026, 19:16The one thing is the staff is going to have to be looked at and store service helpers at all departments so that there is aways someone to help,prices on items helps a lot we all have customers that can be difficult but keeping a customer happy brings more business.I actually walk out and went to another company to buy what I wanted because of the service I received.
