Poor service

Search for builders riverhorse number clicked call then routed to a customer service call centre. Told the lady needed to know as to whether this branch is still cutting board. Keeps me on hold and then tells me she can't get a hold of anyone. This store I estimate has a staff content of about 100. I asked her for a direct number and none is available absolutely useless. So I then suggest she must take my details and contact me once she has an answer to which she rep**** anything else and then says she can't. So what's the use a big store has a number that goes somewhere that no one can help. Poor business practices
