Poor Service

Attempted to get assistance with a product that I was attempting to purchase. After a few minutes of trying to get someone's attention to assist me, I went to another department to attempt my luck there, after another few minutes I went to the plumping department and there I found someone willing to assist. While this was happening the "tool" department was filling up with customer which lead to a customer starting to call out (shout) asking for service, to which he still wasn't helped and neither the other patrons. After a 20-30 min wait the plumbing department person that was assisting me still couldn't get more help and was willing to open the product to answer the questions about the product I needed. Has to be noted he attempted to help the other patrons to but by then they were rather irate.
