Poor Service

I went to Builders Warehouse in Strubensvalley to buy tiles on the 3rd of September. I was they only have 10 boxes of tiles left but they will order the remaining boxes from Builders Warehouse Kempton Park and I will have to come collect the boxes they were to get from Kempton Park at their Strubensvalley store latest 08 September. I contacted Strubensvalley regarding my order and I was told that the store in Kempton Park says the system does not allow for the tiles to be released. To date now I have a house that have walls incomplete, Tiler has decided to leave and tells me I'm coming up with stories. I tried contacting their support center and I'm being sent from pillar to post, everyday I'm being promised someone will get back to be with feedback, however to date no feedback has been given. What a pathetic service this hardware gives to clients!
