Poor Service Delivery

Horrible customer service. On Wednesday afternoon I went to the store and paid for the building materials. The stock was checked before I could pay but to my surprise, the delivered materials were incomplete. I went to the store Thursday after work and I was told that the outstanding items are at Greenstone and they will be delivered Friday morning. Now I just came back to work and nothing has been delivered. No one bothered to update me on why they did not keep their promise.
