Poor Service Delivery

I asked for a quote for ready mix cement to be delivered to me. The guy at the Port Elizabeth store quoted me more than double what I needed. I phoned the store today and spoke to Dewald the delivery manager to ask them to come and collect. He told me that they were to busy to help me. He was very rude on the phone.
