POOR SERVICE DELIVERY
I went to the store to buy a garden furniture on the 27/01/2015 @ 16h46 and I was attended by a friendly lady who informed of the item on promotion. The item was not on the floor (display) for me to see it. We went to see it at their storeroom. I liked it, however I told them I don't know how to assemble it and if it was on the floor/ display, I would be taking the already assembled item. I requested that I can wait for it so that they can assemble it as they know the product better &
